1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Statev Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided Statev Digital acts as a strategic partner, not a transactional vendor. We provide specialized web development and consultancy services designed to deliver specific business outcomes. Scope of work is defined exclusively in your Client Agreement or Proposal.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Company IP: Statev Digital retains ownership of our underlying frameworks, code libraries, and proprietary processes.
• Client IP: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final visual design and website content.
• License: You grant us a license to feature the completed work in our portfolio to demonstrate our expertise.

4. Payment & Logistics

• Fees: We justify our pricing based on the value and expertise delivered. All fees are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

• No Refunds: Due to the specialized, time-intensive nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the project phase has begun.

5. Limitation of Liability We build high-performance assets aimed at generating leads. However, Statev Digital does not guarantee specific revenue figures. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid to us in the six (6) months prior to any claim.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes related to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
