Our Three-Phase System

This isn't a random project workflow. It's a proven system designed to deliver one outcome: a high-conversion platform that generates qualified leads for your business. Every phase is structured, documented, and optimized for clarity and performance.

Strategy & Foundation

We don't start building until we understand the outcome you need. This phase defines your conversion strategy, target audience, user flow, and the exact metrics that will determine success. We map the entire system before a single line of code is written. This is where we ensure the platform will perform, not just look good.

Development & Build

This is where the system comes to life. We build your platform using modern, scalable technology with performance and conversion engineering built into every component. Our asynchronous-first process ensures efficient delivery with clear documentation and progress tracking. You're never left wondering what's happening or where we are in the timeline.

Launch & Optimization

Launch isn't the finish line - it's the starting point. We monitor real user behavior, analyze conversion data, and systematically optimize your platform to increase lead generation. This phase ensures your investment becomes a stable, high-performing asset. We don't walk away until the system delivers the results you need.

FAQ

Process Questions

Transparency is part of our process. Here's what most clients ask about how we work together.

1
How involved do I need to be during the project?
You're a collaborator, not a project manager. We handle the execution, but your input is critical during strategy and feedback cycles. Our asynchronous process means you review progress on your schedule through documented updates (Loom videos, Asana tasks, staged prototypes). Most clients spend 2-4 hours per week during active development phases. We don't waste your time in unnecessary meetings.
2
What if I need changes or revisions after development starts?
Strategic changes are expected, this is why Phase 1 exists. We build flexibility into the timeline for refinements based on real feedback. However, scope changes that alter the original strategy (new pages, additional integrations, fundamental shifts in direction) are handled through a transparent change order process. We don't nickel-and-dime minor adjustments, but we also don't let projects spiral without clear expectations.
3
How does your asynchronous process actually work day-to-day?
Instead of scheduling calls across time zones, we use Loom for visual updates, Asana for task tracking, and structured documentation for every decision. You receive regular progress updates (typically 2-3x per week), review work at your convenience, and provide feedback through the same async channels. Most clients find this more efficient than traditional meetings because there's a clear record of every conversation and decision. When live calls are valuable (kickoff, strategy sessions), we schedule them, but they're purposeful, not frequent.
4
What happens if the platform doesn't perform after launch?
This is precisely why Phase 3 exists. Performance isn't subjective, we measure it through lead volume, conversion rate, and user behavior data. If the numbers aren't where they need to be, we analyze the data, identify the friction points, and optimize until the platform delivers results. This is the difference between a transactional project and a strategic partnership. We don't consider a project finished until your platform is a stable, lead-generating asset.
5
Do you require full content and assets before starting development?
No. We work iteratively. You don't need a polished brand guide and finalized copy on day one. We provide content frameworks and direction during Phase 1, and we build in phases that allow content to be refined as the platform takes shape. That said, delays in content delivery extend timelines, this is one of the most common project bottlenecks. We'll guide you through what's needed and when, but staying on schedule requires collaboration.
6
Can I see examples of your process documentation or past project workflows?
Yes. During our initial strategy call, we can walk through real examples of how we document progress, structure communication, and manage timelines. Transparency isn't just a value - it's how we operate. If you want to see what working with us actually looks like before committing, we'll show you.
